Disclosure and transparency. 1. Contracting Parties shall, to the maximum extent possible, make available to the public any investment agreement or agreement with the investor or investment subject to the treatment of sensitive and confidential information. 2. Each Party shall, as far as possible, disclose or otherwise make available to the public its general application laws as well as international agreements which may affect the investments of investors of the other Contracting Party in the territory of the first Contracting Party. 3. Nothing in this Article requires a Party to provide or allow access to, or access to, any confidential or proprietary information, including information relating in particular to investors or investments the disclosure of which would impede the exercise of the right or was contrary to the Home the protection of confidential information or would harm the legitimate commercial interests of individual investors. 4.
