Disclosure at Training Camp Medical. When a Player attends before the Member Club’s medical committee in accordance with paragraph 6 of the C.F.L. Standard Player Contract, the Player shall not be prejudiced with respect to any subsequent claim pursuant to paragraph 21 of the C.F.L. Standard Player Contract in the event that he neglects to disclose any previous injury or illness provided he has previously disclosed such injury or illness to the Member Club or any other Member Club.
