Disclosure of Discrimination Complaints. As part of its proposal, Contractor shall provide to the City a list of all instances within the past ten (10) years where a complaint was filed or pending against Contractor in a legal or administrative proceeding alleging that Contractor discriminated against its employees, subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers, and a description of the status or resolution of that complaint, including any remedial action taken.
