Disclosure of Documents relating to safety. The Supplier shall make available for inspection by any person copies of all Documents and data relating to safety of the Power Station, free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days, at the Supplier’s Registered Office and the Power Station. The Supplier shall make copies of the same available to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.
