Common use of Disclosure of Teacher Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Teacher Qualifications. The School shall disclose to the parents and the Sponsor the qualifications of its teachers (including out-of-field information) in the manner required by law. The School shall provide to the District, prior to the opening day of school, the qualifications and assignments of all staff members using the Sponsor’s designated database. Teaching assignments must match the State’s course code directory numbers. Changes will be provided to the District within 3 work days of hiring, granting leaves of absence, and/or terminating teachers and staff. The School agrees to verify the accuracy of its employee database monthly.
