Disclosure Requests. Except to the extent Confidential Information is permitted to be disclosed pursuant to Sections 13.2.3 or 13.3, any and all requests, from whatever source, for copies of, access to, or disclosure of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information shall be promptly submitted to the Disclosing Party for disposition.
