Common use of Disclosures Required by Law Clause in Contracts

LICENSEE shall be permitted to disclose Confidential Information if such disclosure is required by an authorized governmental or judicial entity, provided that NOA is given Notice thereof at least thirty (30) days prior to such disclosure.
