Disconnection for Nonpayment. Non-Residential Customers An account will be considered delinquent and be subject to the Company's disconnection procedures for non-payment if any bill remains unpaid after the due date. The Company will mail or otherwise give notice of impending disconnection for non-payment to the customer prior to disconnection. For small commercial customers the Company will comply with the provisions of the disconnection rules set forth in Rule 4901:1-13-08 of the Ohio Administrative Code as amended.

  • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection? Subject to us satisfying the requirements in the Rules, we may arrange for the disconnection of your premises if:

  • Nonpayment and Procedures for Disconnection 12.1 If a Party is furnished Interconnection Services under the terms of this Agreement in more than one (1) state, Section 12.2 below through Section 12.19 below, inclusive, shall be applied separately for each such state.

  • RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION (a) We must request your distributor to reconnect your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:

  • Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to OFMTC, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once OFMTC has accepted this contract. OFMTC has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s bill, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. Customer will be liable for any costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to collection of the amounts owed. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 15 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
