Residential Customers. (a) If you are a residential customer, we may, subject to compliance with the Code, arrange for the restriction of the supply of your water retail service to you where:
(i) you have not paid a bill or bills within the required timeframes;
(ii) you have not agreed to an offer of a flexible payment plan under clause 14 or another payment option to pay a bill;
(iii) you have not adhered to your obligations to make payments in accordance with the flexible payment plan or another payment option relating to the payment of bills;
(iv) you have not complied with the terms of our Hardship Policy referred to in clause 16 resulting in you being removed from that hardship program;
(v) you have not allowed entry to a Water Industry Officer appointed under the Act for the purposes consistent with carrying out duties in accordance with applicable regulatory instruments; or
(vi) you have used the water retail service illegally.
(b) Before undertaking any arrangements for the restriction of supply of water retail services to your apply address for failure to pay a bill, we will:
(i) use our best endeavours to contact you personally by the methods outlined in the Code;
(ii) give you information about the terms of our Hardship Policy and assess your eligibility for participation in our Hardship Policy;
(iii) give you information on government funded concessions, if applicable, and refer you to the organisation responsible for that concession;
(iv) give you a reminder notice;
(v) after the expiry of the period referred to in the reminder notice, give you a written restriction warning notice in accordance with clause 25; and
(vi) advise you of the existence and operation of the industry ombudsman scheme.
Residential Customers. 9.1 A residential customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of being charged the small scale embedded generation tariff if he/she/it has a bona fide need to feed power back into the electricity grid each month. Should this not be the case the Director, Electricity Generation and Distribution may require that the customer either withdraw the embedded generator from service or alternatively have a prepayment meter and reverse power flow blocking protection installed, so as to place the customer on the appropriate domestic consumption tariff.
9.2 All costs for metering changes will be for the customer’s account.
Residential Customers. For residential Service subscribers, the Service is provided solely for personal, residential, non-business and non-professional use. Customer may not resell the Service or use the Service for any commercial or business purposes, including home office, sales, telemarketing or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. Any use of the Service for commercial purposes may result in suspension or termination of the Service or the imposition of rates and charges applicable to commercial Service.
Residential Customers. Unless otherwise stated in your Contract Summary, your Early Cancellation Fee equals $10.00 times the number of months remaining in your Agreement’s Initial Term, There is no Early Cancellation Fee if you cancel your Agreement within 30 days prior to the expiration of your Agreement’s Initial Term.
Residential Customers. 1. District Rebate If a Customer installs Customer owned generating equipment in accordance with this policy, the Customer shall be entitled to a one time financial incentive based on the number of xxxxx of power installed. The formula for a residential Customer rebate shall be the number of xxxxx installed, times an assumed generator efficiency of 85%, times $0.50. The financial incentive shall appear as a credit on the Customer’s power bill and shall be paid in twelve (12) consecutive equal payments over the course of one year No credit shall be provided in a month where the Customer’s generating facilities are inoperable. The rebate shall not exceed $2,500 for residential Customers.
2. Other Rebates The Customer may be entitled to other rebates including federal and state rebates. The Customer is responsible to seek out, apply for, and collect such rebates.
Residential Customers. For the services provided to single-family residential customers, the Service Provider shall charge $20 per month plus an additional $10 for additional services (as requested). These rates apply to all single-family residential customers that are located within the Town’s corporate limits.
Residential Customers. 1. The District Rebate If a Customer installs Customer-owned generating equipment in accordance with this policy, the Customer shall be entitled to a one-time financial incentive based on the number of xxxxx of power installed. The formula for a residential Customer rebate shall be the number of xxxxx installed, times an assumed generator efficiency of 85%, times $0.50. As of June 20, 2019, the rebate shall not exceed $1,000 for residential Customers. The rebate may only be applied to one meter per property. The District’s rebate offer expires as of October 1, 2019. The rebate will not be included on net-metering agreements signed after September 30, 2019. Any Customer who has received an estimate from OPD5 to install net-metering or who has entered into a net-metering agreement with OPD5 prior to October 1, 2019, must have the Customer-owned generation complete and fully operational before June 20, 2020 to receive the OPD5 one-time rebate. If the Customer-owned generation system is not complete and fully operational before said date, the OPD5 rebate offer shall expire.
2. Base Charge A net metering customer shall be responsible for the monthly base charge. The monthly base charge cannot be zeroed out by using credits received from generating excess energy.
Residential Customers. 9.1 A residential customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of being charged the small scale embedded generation tariff if he/she/it has a bona fide need to feed power back into the municipal electrical grid each month. Should this not be the case, the Senior Manager: Electro Technical Services may require that the customer either withdraw the small scale embedded generator from service or alternatively have a prepayment meter and reverse power flow blocking protection be installed, so as to place the customer on the appropriate domestic consumption tariff.
9.2 Pre-paid meters will be converted to credit meter tariff (kwh).
9.3 All costs for metering changes will be for the customer’s account.

Residential Customers. Any person within the physical household location of Services allowed by the Customer to use the Services is an Authorized User.
