DISCONNECTION OF SIM CARDS. 5.1 The Customer may only disconnect a SIM Card from the Mobile Services by submitting a Disconnection Notice to Three. 5.2 Three shall disconnect a SIM Card which is the subject of a Disconnection Notice from the Mobile Services 30 days following receipt of a Disconnection Notice. 5.3 The Customer shall remain liable for all Charges (including Line Rental Charges) arising in respect of any SIM Cards which are the subject of a Disconnection Notice submitted to Three for the duration of the 30 day term immediately following the date of receipt of a Disconnection Notice. 5.4 In the event that the Customer submits a Disconnection Notice resulting in disconnection of a SIM Card prior to the expiry date of the Minimum Term, the Customer will promptly pay Three the applicable Disconnection Fee.
