Common use of Discontinuance of Premiums Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Premiums. The MISD will discontinue the payment of premiums on health, dental, optical and life insurance at the time the individual is placed on long term disability and/or after one (1) year from date placed on Workers’ Compensation.
