Severe Weather Conditions. In the event the MISD is closed due to severe weather conditions or other emergency causes, the Superintendent or designee shall determine whether employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be required to report to work. The decision to close due to severe weather conditions or other emergency causes and to authorize employees not to report shall be in the Superintendent's sole discretion. The loss of time for employees who are not required to report for work under this provision shall be treated as follows:
Severe Weather Conditions. (a) During severe weather conditions or a declared state of emergency, the Employer shall determine whether or not operations will be suspended in a particular area or community. Should a suspension of operations occur, employees shall be paid for scheduled work to a maximum of three (3) hours per day.
Severe Weather Conditions. (a) To the extent additional rental equipment is incorporated under contract variation, Contractor will suspend rental charges on all equipment and tools if Company’s operations are interrupted due to severe weather (hurricane, tropical storms, etc.) conditions which cause an evacuation of the location, lengthy suspension of normal operations, and/or inflict damage on the rig site. Rental charges will resume once the rig has begun normal operation. A Company representative will contact Contractor when to halt and resume the rental charges for the tools and equipment at the affected rig location. Company will be responsible if Contractor’s equipment is lost or damaged while at the rig site during the evacuation.
(b) Contractor personnel forced to evacuate the rig site due to severe weather or unsafe conditions (fire, blowouts, etc.) will charge Company according to the following categories:
(i) Emergency Evacuation – Restricted Release. Contractor’s personnel will be evacuated from the rig site and wait at a nearby location to return to the Worksite when notified by the Company representative. Company will be charged according to the appropriate standby day rates stipulated in the contract. Contractor’s personnel will be responsible for their own expenses during the evacuation period.
(ii) Emergency Evacuation – Unrestricted release. Contractor’s personnel are evacuated from the rig site and released without restrictions by Company. Contractor will be compensated only for work performed at the rig site and not during the evacuation period. *** Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Severe Weather Conditions. 12:01 During severe weather conditions or a declared state of emergency, if the Regional Aquatic Center is closed by the Board/Manager/Designated Representative, employees shall not suffer any loss of pay or benefits as a result of the closure with the exception of hours re-scheduled for an alternate day and time.
12:02 During storm days and the facility is closed, an employee may be required to check the facility during their regular shift at no extra cost to the Employer, If an employee has to check the facility a second time, it will be at the call back rate at a minimum of three (3) hours pay at straight time.
12:03 Scheduled employees will be rotated to check pumps on storm days and will be expected to be available early for snow clearing on the commencement of the next opening shift.
Severe Weather Conditions. For the safety of the children and the staff, the SAC will be opened until instructed by the Wing Commander to close. When Weather Conditions are announced, the SAC will re-open as directed by the commander. Please stay tuned to Local television and Radio channels for any announcements concerning the program.
Severe Weather Conditions. If a mission essential employee is unable to report to work on time due to severe weather conditions when the installation is officially closed and all employees (except mission essential) personnel are given administrative leave, the employee’s supervisor may grant up to 1 (one) hour of administrative leave on a case by case basis.

In the event of severe weather conditions, an employee may request and shall at the discretion of the Bureau Head be granted the use of personal or vacation leave to be taken in no less than forty-five (45) minute increments or compensatory time in one- half (1/2) hour increments and shall not count as an "occasion". In the event of severe weather conditions, an employee who is unable to report for work or must leave work early shall report those circumstances to the Executive Director as soon as possible. If an employee does not receive prior approval, the Executive Director may request verification before authorizing pay for such time.
Severe Weather Conditions. Refers to outdoor weather conditions whenever the actual or forecasted temperature, including the wind chill factor or heat index, falls below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or rises above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tardiness claimed due to severe weather will be excused if the Super- intendent determines that the following conditions exist: (1) an official road con- dition warning advisory has been issued; and (2) employees scheduled to commence work prior to bargaining unit members' starting time have experienced unusual problems in coming to work.
