Common use of Discontinuance of Premiums Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Premiums. The district will discontinue the payment of premiums on health, optical dental and life insurance, insurance at the time the individual is placed on long term disability and/or after one (1) year from date placed on Worker's Compensation.

Discontinuance of Premiums. The district will discontinue the payment of premiums on health, optical dental optical, dental, and life insurance, insurance at the time the individual is placed on long long-term disability and/or after one (1) year from date placed on Worker's Workers' Compensation. An employee may continue to maintain coverage by timely payment of the premium to the district.
