Common use of Discontinuation of Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Discontinuation of Enrollment. The Department will discontinue all Enrollments into a CONTRACTOR’s Health Plan that has provided notice to withdraw from a Geographic Service Area or terminate the contract in accordance with Section 17 of this contract.
