Discontinued Facilities. ‌ 1.6.1.1 Frontier may cease offering or providing ADSC with access on an unbundled basis at rates prescribed under Section 251 of the Act to any facility that is or becomes a Discontinued Facility, whether as a stand-alone UNE, as part of a Combination, or otherwise. To the extent Frontier has not already ceased offering or providing unbundled access to a particular Discontinued Facility that is a Discontinued Facility as of the Effective Date, Frontier may cease offering or providing unbundled access to such Discontinued Facility immediately upon the Effective Date without further notice to ADSC.
