Common use of Discontinued Facility Clause in Contracts

Discontinued Facility. Any facility, element, arrangement or the like that the Federal Unbundling Rules do not require Frontier to provide on an unbundled basis to Onvoy, whether because the facility was never subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, because the facility by operation of law has ceased or ceases to be subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, or otherwise.

Discontinued Facility. Any facility, element, arrangement or the like that the Federal Unbundling Rules do not require Frontier to provide on an unbundled basis to OnvoyDISH Wireless, whether because the facility was never subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, because the facility by operation of law has ceased or ceases to be subject to an unbundling requirement under the Federal Unbundling Rules, or otherwise.
