Discontinued Group’s Reference Plans. If GROUP’s reference plan is no longer available, GROUP must select a new reference plan during the annual election period. If GROUP fails to select a reference plan a default alternative reference plan will be auto-selected for the GROUP in accordance with 10 CCR section 6526.
