Reference Plan definition

Reference Plan means a QHP that is selected by an employer, which is used by the SHOP to determine the contribution amount the employer will be making towards its employees' premiums.
Reference Plan means a plan marked ‘Gladstone Power Station—waste water discharge and sampling points’ initialled by or on behalf of each of the Participants and the Chief Executive and held in the offices of the Department and includes that plan as amended from time to time (or any plan lodged in substitution for that plan) under the provisions of paragraph 3.14;
Reference Plan has the meaning given in section 2.5;

More Definitions of Reference Plan

Reference Plan means a deposited plan of survey of the portion of land to be declared surplus;
