Common use of Discount Clause in Contracts

Discount. SORACOM will apply the following Fee when a SIM belongs to a VPG (that is, the SIM belongs to the group with the VPG Option enabled). per one SIM for which the Subscriber shall enable the CHAP Authentication function Fee CHAP Authentication Function Free Note that this discount does not apply to communications that do not go through VPG and communications through a VPG SORACOM set up (including Private Garden and Public Gate). SORACOM will not subtract the SORACOM Endorse Free Tier from the Basic Fee, and even if the monthly SORACOM Endorse Service Fee does not reach the SORACOM Endorse Free Tier, Subscriber shall not carry over the SORACOM Endorse Free Tier to the next month.
