Discounts, Rebates, Etc. The Design-Builder shall provide the Owner an opportunity to provide funds to take advantage of discounts for prompt payment of materials, supplies, equipment, etc. Any trade or quantity discounts, rebates, refunds, and/or proceeds from the sale of surplus materials or equipments shall be credited to reduce the Cost of the Work.
