Discrepancy. The parties agree that in cases of discrepancies deemed to be present in these areas, and considering the current circumstances, both organisations have the right of protest against each other in accordance with the rules for handling industrial disagreements. Note Negotiations on wage changes in individual enterprises, can only take place once in each collective agreement year.
