Error. If the reason for the interruption/disturbance is an Error in the Software as set out in Part 2, Section 2.2, Exasol provides a Qualified Error Report during the course of Incident Management; however, error correction is not a subject of Incident Management but of Maintenance. The preparation of the Qualified Error Report may require the assistance of Customer (e.g. provision of client-logs, provision of the session- ID).
Error. This is an error which: causes a Component to become unusable; causes a lack of functionality, or unexpected functionality, but which does not impact on the current Test; or has an impact on any other Component(s) or any other area of the Services; but for which, as reasonably determined by the Customer, there is a practicable workaround available;
Error. If an FX Conversion is executed at an FX Exchange Rate that clearly and materially deviates from the market price, you must not rely on such obvious error. In such cases, we may declare that the FX Conversion is not binding: you will need to return to us any amounts made under the FX Conversion and we will reprocess such FX Conversion at the correct rate.

If an employee is misinformed as to his/her vacation allowance, the employee will not be required to reimburse the Company for any excess day(s) taken if such employee pointed out the error to his/her supervisor in writing. (Amended 1-1-91) In those cases where an employee has not pointed out the error to his/her supervisor in writing beforehand, the employee may elect to (a) reimburse the Company for the wages paid for the excess day(s), or (b) have such excess day(s) deducted from his/her next year's vacation entitlement. Error any error or defect resulting from an incorrect functioning of Software caused by the Software’s failure to meet a Functional Specification therefore; or, (2) any error or defect resulting from an incorrect or incomplete statement in Documentation caused by the failure of the Software and/or the Documentation to meet a Functional Specification therefore. Functional Specifications – the design and/or performance criteria for and qualities of the Software described as Functional Specifications in the Scope of Work.

A mistake in design, plans and/or specifications that incorporates into those documents an element that is incorrect and is deficient from the standard of care that a professional engineer in similar circumstances, working on a similar project and location would have exercised. Also includes mistakes in design, plans, specifications and/or shop drawings review that lead to materials and/or equipment being ordered and/or delivered where additional costs are incurred.
Error any isolated deviation from the terms of this Agreement resulting from the act or omission of an employee of either SAFECO or Lincoln whose principal function relates to the administration of reinsurance, whether such deviation results from inadvertence or a mistake in judgment. “Error” shall not include any failure to comply with the terms of an offer of Facultative Reinsurance or any negligent or deliberate deviation from the terms of this Agreement.
Error. A failure of the products or services provided by Verint to substantially conform to the Documentation that Verint can replicate or Customer can duplicate. Error Correction. Revisions, modifications, alterations, and additions to the products or services provided by Verint to Customer as bug fixes or workarounds to resolve Errors, or installed by Verint in the Hosted Environment as bug fixes or workarounds, each to resolve Errors.
Error. ESO shall (i) commence Error Correction promptly; (ii) provide an Initial Response within four hours; (iii) initiate Management Escalation promptly; and (iv) provide Customer with a Status Update within four hours if ESO cannot resolve the Error within four hours.
Error. This means, with respect to any software Deliverable, failure of any such software Deliverable to materially conform to the applicable then-current Specification for such software Deliverable.
