Error. If the reason for the interruption/disturbance is an Error in the Software as set out in Part 2, Section 2.2, Exasol provides a Qualified Error Report during the course of Incident Management; however, error correction is not a subject of Incident Management but of Maintenance. The preparation of the Qualified Error Report may require the assistance of Customer (e.g. provision of client-logs, provision of the session- ID).

Error. This is an error for which, as reasonably determined by the Customer, there is no practicable workaround available, and which: causes a Component to become unusable; causes a lack of functionality, or unexpected functionality, that has an impact on the current Test; or has an adverse impact on any other Component(s) or any other area of the Services;

Error. A mistake in design, plans and/or specifications that incorporates into those documents an element that is incorrect and is deficient from the standard of care that a professional engineer in similar circumstances, working on a similar project and location would have exercised. Error. If an FX Conversion is executed at an FX Exchange Rate that clearly and materially deviates from the market price, you must not rely on such obvious error. In such cases, we may declare that the FX Conversion is not binding: you will need to return to us any amounts made under the FX Conversion and we will reprocess such FX Conversion at the correct rate.

Error. If an employee is misinformed as to his/her vacation allowance, the employee will not be required to reimburse the Company for any excess day(s) taken if such employee pointed out the error to his/her supervisor in writing. Error. ESO shall (i) commence Error Correction promptly; (ii) provide an Initial Response within four hours; (iii) initiate Management Escalation promptly; and (iv) provide Customer with a Status Update within four hours if ESO cannot resolve the Error within four hours.

Revisions, modifications, alterations, and additions to the products or services provided by Verint to Customer as bug fixes or workarounds to resolve Errors, or installed by Verint in the Hosted Environment as bug fixes or workarounds, each to resolve Errors.
