Common use of Discretionary Annual Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Annual Bonuses. Employer may, but is not obligated to, pay Executive, as additional annual compensation, during each calendar year ending during the Term of this Agreement, such sums as may annually be determined by the Board, or the Compensation Committee, including bonus, regular and cost of living increases, and adjustments.
