Discretionary Further Advances. 8.2.1 Subject to Clause 8.5, if an Administrator, pursuant to Clause 8.1.1, on behalf of the Issuer decides to make the further advance requested by the Borrower it may only make such Discretionary Further Advance to the Borrower on the basis that the advance will be secured on the relevant Property and if the following conditions are satisfied:
