Vacation Pay Advance. Where an Employee requests vacation pay in advance and provides fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the commencement of the vacation, vacation pay shall be provided to the Employee no later than her last scheduled working day prior to vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. Vacation pay to which an employee is entitled shall be made to the employee at least seven (7) calendar days before the beginning of her vacation, provided the employee gives the Employer at least fourteen
Vacation Pay Advance. If a regular pay day falls during an employee's vacation, he/she shall receive his/her vacation pay in advance, provided that he/she has requested such advance payment one (1) week prior to the pay day preceding the start of his/her vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. A Nurse may, upon giving at least three (3) weeks notice, receive, on the last office day preceding commencement of the Nurse’s annual vacation, any pay which may fall due during the period of vacation. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse (except a Casual Nurse while in a Temporary Position).

If a regular pay day falls during an employee's scheduled time off, and the employee would like the check in advance, he/she will be required to make a written request at least three (3) weeks in advance in order to receive same on the last day of work prior to the start of vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. An employee shall be entitled, once a year, to receive vacation pay in advance for the month in which his/her vacation leave begins. Payment of such vacation pay shall be based on the vacation leave to be taken which includes Public Holidays and shall be made on the Friday preceding the first day of vacation leave provided that the employee requests in writing to his/her immediate supervisor not less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the commencement of his/her leave that he/she wishes payment to be made pursuant to this section.
Vacation Pay Advance. Employees shall be permitted to receive a biweekly paycheck in advance of the normal biweekly payday provided that:

If a regular payday falls during the employee's vacation, and he/she is to be on vacation for two (2) weeks or longer, he/she may request to receive that check in advance before going on vacation, provided the request is submitted by the employee not later than two (2) weeks prior to his/her scheduled vacation. If two (2) regular paydays should fall within an employee's vacation, he/she shall be given one (1) check but the deductions from that check will be as though they were two (2) separate distinct pay periods.
Vacation Pay Advance. The following clause is applicable to full-time and pro-rated employees only An employee may be given vacation pay prior to going on vacation provided the employee submits a written request to her Manager or their designate the Thursday before the last input day of the preceding pay period.
Vacation Pay Advance. An employee can draw vacation pay in advance of her vacation leave by submitting a written request for receipt not less that three (3) weeks in advance of the vacation period to Human Resources.
