Vacation Pay Advance. Vacation pay to which an employee is entitled shall be made to the employee at least seven (7) calendar days before the beginning of her vacation, provided the employee gives the Employer at least fourteen (14) days’ written advance notice. The amount of her vacation pay shall be based on the number of work days of planned absence due to vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. Where an Employee requests vacation pay in advance and provides fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the commencement of the vacation, vacation pay shall be provided to the Employee no later than her last scheduled working day prior to vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. A Nurse may, upon giving at least three (3) weeks notice, receive, on the last office day preceding commencement of the Nurse’s annual vacation, any pay which may fall due during the period of vacation. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse (except a Casual Nurse while in a Temporary Position).
Vacation Pay Advance. If a regular pay day falls during an employee's vacation, he/she shall receive his/her vacation pay in advance, provided that he/she has requested such advance payment one (1) week prior to the pay day preceding the start of his/her vacation.
Vacation Pay Advance. A. If a regular pay day falls during an employee's scheduled time off, and the employee would like the check in advance, he/she will be required to make a written request at least three (3) weeks in advance in order to receive same on the last day of work prior to the start of vacation.
B. Employees will be paid their current rate of pay based on their regular scheduled workday while on time off and will receive credit for any benefits provided for in this Agreement.
Vacation Pay Advance. Employees shall be permitted to receive a biweekly paycheck in advance of the normal biweekly payday provided that:
A. The employee requests to receive the advance biweekly paycheck no earlier than nineteen (19) days prior to the normal payday and no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the normal payday.
B. The request to receive the advance biweekly paycheck is approved by the department or division head.
C. The employee will be on paid vacation leave for five (5) consecutive days, one of which will be the normal biweekly payday and one (1) of which will be the day preceding the normal biweekly payday.
Vacation Pay Advance. If an Employee makes a written request for payment of his vacation allowance at least two weeks in advance of the time he is scheduled to take such vacation, he will receive the estimated net amount due him for such vacation period not later than the Friday before he takes the vacation 09.04.12
Vacation Pay Advance. Any Employee may receive in advance of their normal payday one pay period’s wages if said pay for the pay period’s wages would fall during a scheduled vacation period. The procedure for the receipt of such an advance is as follows:
(a) submit an extra time sheet on the payroll period preceding their scheduled vacation period; and
(b) advances will be available only on the day of a pay period.
Vacation Pay Advance. The following clause is applicable to full-time and pro-rated employees only
Vacation Pay Advance. Upon written request made at least two weeks prior to the first date of vacation time, a police officer will be paid the estimated amount due him for his vacation time period and shall be paid such sum no later than the Friday before he begins his vacation.
