DISCRETIONARY MONTHLY BONUS PROGRAMS. At GK’s sole discretion, GK will establish bonus incentives program for certain Financial Services, of which the terms will vary on a monthly basis. Qualification criteria to be eligible for bonus compensation will be outlined, and based on factors such as number of deals funded and/or dollar amount financed to clients. In order to be eligible for bonus compensation, Agents must maintain an active and good standing with GK and comply with all applicable terms of the Agreement.
