SHIFT BONUS. 25.01 An employee shall receive a shift premium of seventy-five (75) cents per hour for all hours worked between five (5) p.m. and seven (7) a.m. Where more than fifty percent (50%) of the hours fall within this period, the premium shall be paid for all hours worked.
SHIFT BONUS. 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.
7:02 Each member who, as part of a regularly scheduled work week works on a shift which commences after 10:00 a.m. and at or before 6:00 p.m. (afternoon shift) shall be paid in addition to his/her regular wage or salary, a Shift Bonus of 65 cents per hour for each such shift, from time to time worked by such member as part of his/her regular shift. No Shift Bonus shall be paid where premium pay is paid.
7:03 Each member who, as part of a regularly scheduled work week works on a shift which commences after 6:00 p.m. on one day and at or before 4:30 a.m. on the following day (night shift) shall be paid in addition to his/her regular wage or salary, a Shift Bonus of 70 cents per hour for each such shift, from time to time worked by such member as part of his/her regular shift. No Shift Bonus shall be paid where premium pay is paid.
7:04 Each member who, as part of a regularly scheduled work week works on a Saturday or Sunday, shall be paid, in addition to his/her regular wage or salary, a Shift Bonus of 75 cents per hour for each day, afternoon or night shift, from time to time worked by such member on such Saturday or Sunday, provided that the majority of such hours worked in such shift shall fall within the Saturday or Sunday. The provisions of clauses 7:02 and 7:03 shall not apply to such Saturday or Sunday shift when the provisions of this clause apply.
SHIFT BONUS. (a) A shift bonus of $1.50 an hour will be added to the basic rates for employees working a shift starting between 12:00 Noon and 7:59 p.m., and between 4:00 a.m. and 5:59 a.m., effective upon ratification.
(b) A shift bonus of $1.75 an hour will be added to the basic rates of pay for employees working a shift starting between 8:00 p.m., and 3:59 a.m., effective upon ratification.
(c) Employees who work night shifts on the day of observance of the holidays specified in Article 11 shall receive the appropriate shift bonus provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of this Section.
SHIFT BONUS. 21.1 The Employer shall pay a shift bonus of 5% of base hourly rate of or all of a shift that begins after 1200 hours, and 10% of hourly rate to apply for any part of or all of a shift that begins at or about 1830 hours and ends in the morning for schedule A Employees.
21.2 No shift bonus shall be paid for any hours to which an overtime premium applies.
21.3 Management will consult with the Union in the event of instituting any new shift and notice shall be given fifteen (15) calendar days in advance.
SHIFT BONUS. 7.01 The Company reserves the right to operate the plant on shift schedules.
7.02 Employees required to work on any shift starting before 6:00 a.m. or after 11:00 am will be paid a shift bonus of ninety ($0.90) per hour for all hours worked.
SHIFT BONUS. 7.01 A bonus of 4% per hour will be paid for all hours worked on regular second shifts and 6% per hour will be paid for all hours worked on regular third shifts. Regular second shifts will start at 1.00 p.m. or later. Shifts starting after 9:45 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. will be recognized and paid as regular third shifts. * See also Letter 11
7.02 It is the desire of the Company and the Union that where second shifts are operated the second shift should follow immediately after the first shift, and variations from this shall be by mutual agreement.
7.03 When three eight hour shifts are required to cover the full twenty-four hour period and over-lapping shift schedules are not established, then where a non-working lunch period is scheduled for which payment is not otherwise made it will be paid for at the rate of 0.4 hours times the employee's current day work rate. In all other instances the lunch period will be unpaid.

7:03 Each member who, as part of a regularly scheduled work week, works on a Saturday or Sunday, shall be paid, in addition to his/her regular wage or salary, a Shift Bonus of 75 cents per hour for each day, afternoon or night shift, from time to time worked by such member on such Saturday or Sunday, provided that the majority of such hours worked in such shift shall fall within the Saturday or Sunday. SHIFT BONUS. (a) Each employee of the City coming within the Local 79 Unit who, as part of a regularly scheduled work week works on a shift, any part of which, exclusive of overtime, falls within the hours of 7:00 p.m. of any day and 6:00 a.m. of the next following day, shall be paid for all hours worked on such shift, a bonus of one dollar and four cents ($1.04) per hour provided that no such bonus shall be paid where premium pay is paid.
(b) Each employee coming within the Local 79 Unit who works on a regularly scheduled rotating shift shall be paid in addition to the regular wage or salary, a shift bonus of one dollar and four cents ($1.04) per hour, for each day, afternoon or night shift from time to time worked by such employee as part of a regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week rotating shift schedule.
(c) Each employee coming within the Local 79 Unit who works a regularly scheduled day shift on a Saturday and/or Sunday shall be paid a premium of one dollar and four cents ($1.04) per hour for all regular hours worked on that Saturday and/or Sunday, provided the employee is receiving no other premium or bonus pay for hours worked on such day(s).
(d) Each employee of the City coming within the Local 79 Unit who, as a part of a regularly scheduled work week, works on the afternoon and/or night shift ending on a Saturday and/or Sunday, shall be paid a week-end/shift bonus premium of two dollars and eight cents ($2.08) per hour for all regular hours worked on such scheduled shift. The weekend/shift bonus premium shall be in lieu of the provisions of clauses 7.04(a), (b) and (c).
SHIFT BONUS. Until June 30, 2019, employees shall receive a seventy (70) cents per hour shift differential for 4:00 pm to midnight and a one (1) dollar per hour shift differential for midnight to 8:00 am shifts respectively for all hours worked. Shift premiums will be paid for an entire shift based on the shift in which most hours are worked.
