Common use of Discretionary Nature of the Plan Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Nature of the Plan. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Plan is discretionary in nature and limited in duration, and the Company may amend, modify, suspend or terminate the Plan or this Agreement in its sole discretion at any time, subject to the terms of the Plan and any applicable limitations imposed by law. This Award under the Plan is a one-time benefit and does not create any contractual or other right to receive additional Awards or other benefits in lieu of Awards in the future. Future Awards, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Board or the Committee.
