Discrimination Against Firearm and Ammunition Industries. Pursuant to Chapter 2274 of the Texas Government Code, the ENGINEER verifies by signing this Contract that the ENGINEER does not have a practive, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association, and that it will not discriminate against a firearm entity or firearm trade association during the term of this Contract.
