Discussions Preliminary to Discipline. Where the Director or equivalent decides to enter into any discussion with an APT member which may lead to a disciplinary measure, the Director or equivalent shall invite the APT member, in writing with a copy to the Faculty Association, to a meeting with the appropriate management personnel. Notice of the meeting shall include sufficient detail to allow the APT member to respond and shall remind the APT member of the right to have an Association representative present. Should the meeting result in a satisfactory resolution of the concern, no records shall be retained.
