Disease Surveillance. Contractor shall implement and maintain procedures for reporting any disease or condition to public health authorities as required by State law.

Disease Surveillance. Contractor shall implement and maintain policies and procedures for reporting any disease that set forth how diseases or condition conditions that must be reported to public health authorities as required by State lawlaw shall be reported. Policies and procedures shall include, for each reporting requirement, whether reporting shall be performed by Contractor or by Contractor’s providers, or both.
