Common use of Disenrollment Reporting Clause in Contracts

Disenrollment Reporting. The Contractor shall submit disenrollment requests to SCDHHS for approval in accordance with §6 of this Contract. The Contractor shall immediately notify SCDHHS when it obtains knowledge of any Medicaid MHN Program member whose enrollment should be terminated.
