Common use of Disenrolment (Upfront Yearly Payment Option) Clause in Contracts

Disenrolment (Upfront Yearly Payment Option). All upfront yearly payments are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances where you are unable to attend the Program in full due to medical or emergency reasons. Talent will assess each case objectively and may apply credits or refunds back to you at our absolute discretion. Any refund will be subject to a Disenrolment Fee of $250.
