Misuse of Position or Theft which includes working overtime without authorization; lying to the supervisor or other person of authority within the Agency; reporting false information to a funding or oversight authority; falsifying information, including, but not limited to, application forms, time sheets, employment records, sick leave and other leave requests, concealment of facts in obtaining employment, theft of Agency funds or property; theft of property of coworkers, clients or others; unauthorized use of Agency equipment, vehicles, time, material, facilities or property; and/or offering or receiving anything of value in exchange for services or special treatment.
