Common use of DISMANTLING Clause in Contracts

DISMANTLING. Exhibits may not be dismantled before the close of the trade show. Any exhibitor found breaking down their booth before the close of the trade show may lose access to the post-show attendee list. Exhibits must be removed from the premises by the time indicated in the official Exhibitor Service Manual. Premises must be left broom clean. Exhibitor shall be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from the failure to remove exhibit material from the trade show by the conclusion of the dismantling period.
