Dismissal/Suspension Procedure. (a) An employee may be dismissed or suspended for just cause. Notice of dismissal or suspension setting forth the reasons for such action shall be given in writing to such employee and a copy of the notice shall be forwarded coincidentally to the President of the Union, or designate.
