Pay Provisions Sample Clauses

A Pay Provisions clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments are to be made between parties in a contract. It typically outlines the payment schedule, acceptable methods of payment, invoicing requirements, and any penalties for late payment. For example, it may specify that payments are due within 30 days of receiving an invoice and detail the process for disputing charges. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations, reducing the risk of payment disputes and promoting timely compensation.
