Dismissal (Termination Other Than Non-Renewal. 1. Dismissal of a probationary faculty member shall be on thirty (30) days’ notice or pay in lieu thereof. Dismissal of a temporary and/or adjunct faculty member shall be on five (5) days’ notice or pay in lieu thereof. Dismissal during the last (fifth) probationary year shall be subject to the grievance procedure herein provided.
