The Employee agrees not to make critical, negative or disparaging remarks about the Company or its management, business or employment practices; provided that nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to prevent the Employee from responding fully and accurately to any question, inquiry or request for information when required by applicable law or legal process, or to enforce this Agreement.
