Dispatch of Offer. (a) The Target agrees that the Offer and accompanying documents to be sent by the Bidder under item 6 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act may be sent on a date nominated by the Bidder that is earlier than the date prescribed by item 6 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.
