Dispatch Supervisor Schedule. The Hours of Work for the Dispatch Supervisor shall be a 40 hour week in a standard five (5) and two (2) schedule, or a 40 hour week in a 4 10-hour day schedule. Selection of the schedule shall be by mutual agreement with the UNION and the EMPLOYER.
