Common use of Displays Clause in Contracts

Displays. Tenant may not display or sell merchandise or allow grocery carts or other similar devices within the control of Tenant to be stored or to remain outside the defined exterior walls and permanent doorways of the Premises. Tenant further agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices or use in or about the Premises any advertising medium which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, such as flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs or radio broadcasts.

Tenant further agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices devices, or use in or about the Premises any advertising medium media which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, such as flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs or radio broadcasts.

Tenant assumes that reasonable exterior lighting will be provided by landlord.

Tenant further agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices or use in or about the Premises any advertising medium which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, such as flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs or radio broadcastsbroadcasts without Landlord's consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
