Disposal of Abandoned Goods. If You leave any of Your Goods or any other goods unattended outside of Your Space at the Facility (Abandoned Goods) in breach of the Facility Rules or fail to collect Your Goods within 7 days of termination of this Agreement, You authorise us to dispose (including by sale) of the Abandoned Goods (regardless of their nature or value) upon a 7-day written notice without any liability to You and without having any obligation to inspect and/or value the Goods.

Disposal of Abandoned Goods. If you abandon any property in or about the Villa after termination of this Deed by the Tribunal, we may deal with that property in accordance with the then current Retirement Villages Regulations.

  • Disposal of Assets 88) Where the Academy Trust acquires assets for a nil consideration or at an under value it shall be treated for the purpose of this Agreement as having incurred expenditure equal to the market value of those assets at the time that they were acquired. This provision shall not apply to assets transferred to the Academy Trust at nil or nominal consideration and which were previously used for the purposes of an Academy and/or were transferred from an LA, the value of which assets shall be disregarded.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • DISPOSITION OF EQUIPMENT The Grantee shall provide to the State, not less than 30 calendar days prior to submission of the final invoice, an itemized inventory of equipment purchased with funds provided by the State. The inventory shall include all items with a current estimated fair market value of more than $5,000.00 per item. Within 60 calendar days of receipt of such inventory the State shall provide the Grantee with a list of the items on the inventory that the State will take title to. All other items shall become the property of the Grantee. The State shall arrange for delivery from the Grantee of items that it takes title to. Cost of transportation, if any, shall be borne by the State.
