Disposal of Large Items. Contractor may not landfill such Large Items unless the 1175 Large Items cannot be reused or recycled. 1176 7.14.8 City Direction of Large Items.   • Disposal of Property a) Prior to disposal of any property purchased with funds from this Contract or any predecessor Contract, Subrecipient must obtain approval from CDA for reportable property. Disposition, which includes sale, trade-in, discarding, or transfer to another agency may not occur until approval is received from CDA. Subrecipient shall email to County the electronic version of the Request to Dispose of Property (CDA 248). CDA will then instruct County on disposition of the property, and County will notify Subrecipient. Once approval for disposal has been received from CDA, and the County has reported to CDA the Property Survey Report’s (STD 152) Certification of Disposition, the item(s) shall be removed from Subrecipient’s inventory report.

  • Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members must be identified as such on the agenda. Any Member may add an item to the original agenda by written notification to all of the other Members no later than 7 calendar days preceding the meeting.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
