Designated Sites definition

Designated Sites means the site/s on the Property where the Electronic Communication Facilities shall be or have been erected or constructed or installed or laid or attached or affixed;
Designated Sites means the facility or facilities of Customer at which the Software may be installed that are identified in the Agreement as “Designated Sites” or as are subsequently designated in writing by written agreement of Xxxxxxxxx and Customer.

More Definitions of Designated Sites

Designated Sites means your facilities at which your use of the Software is authorized under this Agreement in accordance with the related GMV’s commercial offer.
