DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY. If TENANT abandons or quits the Leased Premises or is dispossessed thereof by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property belonging to TENANT and left on the Leased Premises Areas thirty (30) days after such event shall be deemed to have been transferred to COUNTY. COUNTY shall have the right to remove and to dispose of such property without liability therefor to TENANT or to any person claiming under TENANT, and shall have no need to account therefor. Personal property left on the Leased Premises after termination, expiration, or abandonment of the Lease shall not be construed as giving TENANT possession of the Leased Premises during the thirty (30) days after termination, expiration or abandonment of the Lease.
