Disposition of Employees. In the event the Contract is terminated or not renewed pursuant to Section 3314.07 of the Code, the Governing Authority agrees to maintain all staff records in a secure location and make records available to staff upon request; ensure that State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS) and School Employees Retirement System (SERS) contributions are current; clarify COBRA benefits; inform staff of the date medical benefits end; ensure that each faculty’s Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) is current and available to staff; and provide a clear, written timeline of the closing process to all staff.
