Disposition of Nonconforming Product. 20.1 When notified of material rejection claim by IMS Buhrke Industries/Xxxxx Metal Products, supplier is expected to acknowledge receipt of notification with 24 hours. A full response is required within 10 working days. If response is not received, the amount indicated will be debited to your account. Additionally, if no disposition is made after 30 days of notification, material will be scrapped
20.2 Nonconforming product received from a Supplier may be handled in any of the following ways:
20.2.1 Sorting/Rework
20.2.2 Deviation Request 20.2.3 Reject the entire lot.
20.3 Costs incurred are recovered from the supplier. Suppliers are notified of costs associated with nonconforming material from the Purchasing Manager. Sorts will proceed if the supplier does not respond within the timeframe communicated from the purchasing department.
20.4 When the supplier detects Nonconforming material at their facility they are expected to contact the Quality or Purchasing representative before shipment.
20.5 Sorting charge not to exceed $32/hr unless otherwise agreed to in writing
20.6 Non-conforming rejections may be charged a $150 per incident fee.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where RELYPSA expects to make a claim against PATHEON with respect to Non-Conforming Bulk or Finished Product (as applicable) that has been shipped to RELYPSA or its designee, RELYPSA shall [***]. Upon written request by RELYPSA, PATHEON agrees promptly to give RELYPSA [***]. PATHEON acknowledges that any Non-Conforming Bulk or Finished Product returned to PATHEON shall be destroyed by it in accordance with all Applicable Laws, and shall not be used in any manner or removed from the Patheon Facility. All costs associated with the shipment of Non-Conforming Bulk or Finished Product to the Patheon Facility and the disposition of such Bulk or Finished Product shall be borne solely by PATHEON if such Bulk or Finished Product is properly rejected by RELYPSA in accordance with this Section 8.1.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where Company makes a claim against Supplier with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Product, Company shall not dispose of such Product without written authorization and instructions of Supplier either to dispose of the Product or to return the Product to Supplier.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where Barrier expects to make a claim against DSM with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Product, Barrier shall not dispose of such Product without written authorization and instructions of DSM either to dispose of the Product or to return the Product to DSM.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where Nycomed expects to make a claim against POZEN with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Product, Nycomed shall not dispose of such Product without written authorization and instructions of POZEN either to dispose of the Product or to return the Product to POZEN. If the Product is returned to POZEN, all risk of loss and/or damage to such Product shall pass to POZEN upon delivery of the Product to POZEN’s designated carrier at Nycomed’s designated facility.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where ------------------------------------ Customer expects to make a claim against Catalytica with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Product, Customer shall not dispose of such Product without written authorization and instructions of Catalytica either to dispose of the Product or to return the Product to Catalytica. If the Product is returned to Catalytica, all risk of loss and/or damage to such Product shall pass to Catalytica upon delivery of the Product to Catalytica's designated carrier at Customer's designated facility. 13.3
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. Supplier shall have procedures covering disposition of Nonconforming Product and Components, including review and documentation of decisions. When rework to Nonconforming Buyer product is necessary, the parties shall jointly determine the procedures for rework, retest and reevaluation of Nonconforming Product to ensure the product(s) meet specifications. Supplier shall document rework activities and provide report of rework activities to Buyer upon request.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where AMAG expects to make a claim against DSM with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Product, AMAG shall use reasonable efforts not to dispose of such Product without written authorization and instructions of DSM either to dispose of the Product or to return the Product to DSM.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. In any case where Immunex or Wyeth expects to make a claim against BIP with respect to damaged or otherwise nonconforming Bulk Drug Substance, Drug Product or Finished Product, Immunex and Wyeth shall not dispose of or allow to be disposed such Bulk Drug Substance, Drug Product or Finished Product, as the case may be, without written authorization and instructions of BIP either to dispose of or return to BIP such Bulk Drug Substance, Drug Product or Finished Product. Upon written request by Buyer, BIP agrees promptly to give the requesting Party such authorization and instructions within a reasonable period of time.
Disposition of Nonconforming Product. Vention shall have Standard Operating Procedures covering disposition of Nonconforming Product, including review and documentation of decisions. The parties shall jointly determine the procedures for rework, retest and reevaluation of Nonconforming Product to ensure the Product(s) meet Specifications. Vention shall document rework activities in the DHR, and provide report of rework activities to Nevro upon request. ¨ x x
