DISPOSITION OF PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION UPON TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION. 4.3.1 Upon termination or expiration of this BAA, Business Associate shall either return or destroy all PHI received from, or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity, that Business Associate still maintains in any form and retain no copies of such PHI.
