Mitigation of Harmful Effect. Business Associate agrees to mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect that is known to Business Associate of a Use or Disclosure of Protected Health Information by Business Associate in violation of the requirements of this Paragraph.
Mitigation of Harmful Effect. PROVIDER agrees to mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect that is known to PROVIDER because of a use or disclosure of personal information by PROVIDER in violation of the requirements of this paragraph.

Mitigation of Harmful Effect. Business Associate will take commercially reasonable actions to mitigate any harmful effect of a Known Misuse that is known to Business Associate and adopt additional or improve existing safeguards to prevent recurrence.
